We offer advanced CWS milling systems

based on well proven, "made in Germany"  basic mills, adapted by us for high performance production of a very homogenous CWS out of stone coal, lignite, anthracite, carbon black or petcoke.

Available CWS production systems:

AST PU 500: capacity  up to 5 t/h of slurry.

AST PU 800: capacity up to 10  t/h of slurry.

Advanced CWS Pin mills for continous, flexible production..

Possible slurry compositions:

Coal content 60-75 %

Water  23-39 %

Stabilizer 1-2 %

depending on coal type, quality and humidity,

fuel requirements for specific combustion processes.

Our milling system is working with an electronic SPS system with touch screen.

The menu offers:

  •     parameter settings

  •     process control and monitoring

  •     historic process data analysis

  •     help function

The process control manages fully automatic:

  •     system startup and pretest of components availability

  •     init system with set parameters

  •     manage water feeding

  •     manage mill prewashing

  •     manage mill motors

  •     manage coal feeding and coal level control

  •     manage metal separetion

  •     manage additive feeding

  •     permanently control slurry composition

  •     control tank filling levels

  •     switch to next tank when full

  •     manage eventual mal product outcome, errors or       system failures

  •     manage stepwise shutdown at production end

  •     protocoll process data

Control System accessible through Internet /WLAN /DFÜ if wanted.

Perfect controlled processing :

- less costs and more reliability and effectiviness of the CWS production.

We also offer

CWS specific transport , storage and logistic systems

For example a flexible Container Tank, to produce into, transport to CWS user, produce out of it.

including 4-6 legs to stand without truck, flexible swirl system, pump, sensors etc.

We offer advanced CWS combustion systems

ONLY THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND THE SPECIFICS OF CWS FUEL

in detail can offer an advanced solution for effective combustion of it.

Our systems are assembled with

  • well proven components (from DUMAG)

  • CE certified

  • a CWS specific burner and

  • a combustion prechamber with

  • multiple Vortex effects

  • ash removal system

for stable and highly efficient CWS combustion:

  •     without continous supporting flame necessity

  •     equipped with a  CWS specific burner with dual fuel lance,            ultrasonic nozzle and primary ignition unit

  •     slurry supply

  •     sophisticated primary , secondary and tertiary air supply for       multiple Vortex to achieve high efficient combustion of fuel.

  •     hot air recirculation

  •     ash removal management from combustion chambers, with       automatic ash snake, also fly ash removal by  cyclonic device.      All  ash goes to mobile ash container.

All this is managed by our

electronic SPS combustion control system.

Modern combustion technologies demand a precise, continually reproducible dosing of fuel and combustion air . Only in this way can optimal combustion figures be ensured over extended periods

Our  SPS  includes

  •     process startup and pretest

  •     manage supply of compressed air, primary, secondary and          tertiary air at different outlets,

  •     manage flow of slurry,

  •     manage iinitial ignition

  •     permanent temperature control in prechamber and main            system,

  •     permanent flame control,

  •     permanent control O2, CO, CO2, NOX and temperature in flue    gas.

  •     slurry supply tank level control

  •     switch to next tank when empty

  •     manage eventual errors or system failures

  •     manage stepwise shutdown at process termination

  •     protocoll process data

    •     all process visualisation, menue driven command and             parameter entry on touch screen

The burner control and management system for your system is adapted individually to your local legal safety requirerments.

Our control system is easyly to be integrated into your overall production control system. Also accessible through Internet /WLAN /DFÜ if wanted.

We offer CWS combustion systems with air as oxidatian media or with pure oxigen for special processes.

We remove your actual gas or oil burner and mount our advanced CWS combustion system within short -

- start of your cost savings.
